Click on Setting and scroll down until you find Signature.  A Signature file is where you  Put your name and your Websites, and Blogs  this is another way of advertising yourself .  Your Signature will be at the Bottom of every email you send out  even those you forward to someone else.

Your signature may not have this many  but  still put all your sites and blogs that you want to show  on your email signature.  Some email services may limit  how many you can add. Gmail doesn't.

This is the very basics of  Email Etiquette. It is about respecting others privacy.  Keep in mind that not everyone knows  how to use Email Etiquette.  Most of the email you receive that are not using Email Etiquette is because the person sending the email is not aware of  what Email Etiquette is or how to use it.   You can  help to eliminate part of this by making sure you delete all the email addresses before forwarding  and  that you always use the BCc  to send out your emails.
