Does all this take time ?  YES   --- Is it work ?  YES  ---  At first  it will  seem like a lot of  extra work  but  will SAVE you tons of  time and  energy in the long run.   You will need to follow the same process for each folder for instance when  doing the Social  Network thing   Each Social network will have its own folder inside the Social Networks Folder  simple because it makes it easier for you  to FIND when needed or the text document where  you saved the information.   For Traffic Exchanges  create a folder  for each one Auto Traffic and one for  Manual.  If it has both then put it  in  both  Always list the email used  -- user name or  ID  and PW for each one  in  a word document  and save to this Folder that you created for TE. Same with the FFA sites  --  Safelist - Autosubmitters and  etc.   

IF you know how  you  can  do  all this in an excel   file  and then  save the excel file.   This can be saved on the desktop  or  in my documents it is up to you.

I actually use both  methods because sometimes I can find something much faster Looking inside  MY ONLINE  BUSINESS Folder than scrolling through the pages of  my excel files.
